The Forum UK programme is our most important platform for promoting women’s leadership and for enriching each other’s lives by sharing knowledge, ideas and intellectual capital. Our programme is the hub of all our activity and the key to providing and maintaining our sense of community.
The programme incorporates the core categories: breakfasts; behind the scenes tours; briefings; dine-arounds; special interest groups and the annual events: AGM; Jean Denton lecture; Summer Cocktail party; Christmas breakfast. In addition we look to promote the international agenda and benefits of membership of IWF through participation in the IWF programme. We hope our Forum UK 2007/8 programme will encourage networking, growth and the development of Forum for the future.

Northern Ireland Members have shared membership with IWF Ireland and Forum UK. The group was founded by IWF London and Ireland jointly, and the shared membership is to 'neutralise' the political, religious and economic 'divides' and to provide a choice of two programmes for outside events to help to overcome the distance and keep in active touch with everyone. The anticipated programme will include business/discussion sessions on Friday starting starting mid-morning - at a time that will enable people to fly in that morning. We will have a dinner that evening and activities on Saturday and Sunday - these will include Dublin sights (behind the scenes/special access) garden trip / day outing. We would have dinearounds on Saturday evening. We can arrange hotel accommodation and Irish members will be happy to put up attendees if you wish to avail of that option. It is impossible not to have fun with IWF Ireland in Dublin, but we want also to bond with the Northern Ireland Group and hopefully be introduced to some potential new members there. If you have any appropriate contacts who should be invited please email me as soon as possible with as much background information as you can.
